Solution for Restriction on E mail I.D in ITR E filing

Recently Income tax department made assessee to get its E mail I.D. and phone number registered compulsorily and unfortunately the maximum permissible usage of each of them is 4 times only. So, consultants have started to create additional email IDs. This takes substantial time and in future we have to remember those IDs and their passwords.
But the solution is found out. Have a look……..

1.    DOT BLINDNESS

It is very interesting fact about google that “Gmail” does not recognize dots, ”.”or as characters in Google email address user names. This means that Gmail “sees” Rgconsultants01@gmail.com or Rg.consultants01@gmail.com as the same address as Rgconsultants01@gmail.com. You can also use multiple “dots” in the username such as my.na.me@gmail.com.

2.    Using additional characters with plus (+) sign

Your Gmail account is the ability to add extra characters to the end of your username by inserting a plus sign, “+” after your name. Google does not recognize these characters.  The characters after the plus sign can be either letters or numbers. So Rgconsultans01+abcde@gmail.com or Rgconsultants01+abcde@googlemail.com will end up in the same Inbox as Rgconsultants01@gmail.com

All the variations below are from the same Google email account and will all end up in the myname@gmail.com Gmail Inbox:
Rgconsultants01@gmail.com
Rgconsultants01@googlemail.com
Rg.consultants01@gmail.com
Rg.consultants01@googlemail.com
Rg.Co.sultants01@gmail.com
Rg.consultants.01 @googlemail.com
Rgconsultants01+abcde@gmail.com
Rgconsultants01+123abc@gmail.com
